About Us

Lydia Niebla

Cecilly Designs was inspired by my daughters Cece and Lilly. Watching them grow up in a blink of an eye I wished I captured more moments.

I fell in love with making them dresses inspired by their favorite fairy tale characters. I made them many dresses following basic patterns and really just fell in love with the process of creating.

I went back to school and studied fashion design. I won the People’s Choice Award for my Fruitful Harvest Collection at the 42nd annual Golden Scissors Fashion Show. My design have also been featured on Fox News, and the San Diego Bridal Bazaar.

My ultimate goal is to build something for my girls and pass on the joy a dress can bring to every child I can. I look forward to creating something for you.
